Control unit
Test parameters can be entered via the 10,1 inch touchscreen. The device can operate independently without a computer connection and can be controlled from a computer when required.
Software and calculation
The C++ based software manages test parameters, specimen and customer information; it can automatically calculate yield strength, tensile strength, breaking point and percentage elongation values.
Mechanical structure
Jaw centering apparatus supports axial specimen positioning. The hydraulic oil condition can be tracked with an oil contamination sensor.
Service and support scope
The device is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects. After the warranty period, 10 years of service, spare parts and accessory supply are provided.
